بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

This lecture start from slide 61 and ends in slide75
In slide 62
5th line the pleuritic chest pain : because the inflammation reach to the plura
productive mucopurulent cough : because of the exudates of the inflammation
in slide 63
in 1st line patterns of pneumonia is :1- lobar pneumonia(the most common in s.pneumonia) or 2- bronchopneumonia (more in the extremes of ages )
slide 64
in 3rd line
vascular congestion : because of the sratassis
proteinaceous fluid : its exudates
in slide 66
in line 4 (point B) : the air entry preserved (that means there is no abnormal sound to hear by the physician like in the typical )
slide 67
the inflammation only on the wall of the alveoli only
slide 68
in 2nd line : hyaline membranes may develop. Why?? in the begging of the respiratory system we said that one of the direct causes of the ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome) is pneumonia (atypical one that caused by Mycoplasma) : because atypical pneumonia located in the septum and the alveolar walls where the arterioles located (the ARDS happen because damage to the endothelial and epithelia cells >>>>hyaline membranes formation )
in line 11 : cough with minimal sputum why ?? because there is no exudates
slide 69
In line 5 : 95% of primary lung tumors are carcinomas … means that it arise from bronchial epithelium

Slide 70 line 20 : squamous cell carcinoma : because there is no squamous cells in the lung so there must be metaplasia then dysplasia before the tumor
The most common type in smokers are : squamous cell carcinoma and small cell carcinoma

am sorry for delay … bas el net kan fa9el 3endi w ma konet 3aref be maw3ed el teslam w 7akalo el arbe3a
