productive mucopurulent cough : because of the exudates of the inflammation

in 1st line patterns of pneumonia is :1- lobar pneumonia(the most common in s.pneumonia) or 2- bronchopneumonia (more in the extremes of ages )

Why?? in the begging of the respiratory system we said that one of the direct causes of the ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome) is pneumonia (atypical one that caused by Mycoplasma) : because atypical pneumonia located in the septum and the alveolar walls where the arterioles located (the ARDS happen because damage to the endothelial and epithelia cells >>>>hyaline membranes formation )
in line 11 : cough with minimal sputum why ?? because there is no exudates

In line 5 : 95% of primary lung tumors are carcinomas … means that it arise from bronchial epithelium

Slide 70 line 20 : squamous cell carcinoma : because there is no squamous cells in the lung so there must be metaplasia then dysplasia before the tumor
The most common type in smokers are : squamous cell carcinoma and small cell carcinoma
